ABOUT THE WEEK 22
On the last session of this unit, the groups were presenting the fist part of the assignment - the videos. That was ment to be the material to be given to our clients to basically show our work on the project.
I have to admit, that I didn't feel very positive about the idea. I understand the importance of the providing the final material to the client and I personally like the form of it (video). However, not only our group had issues with satisfying and getting the client interested in this piece of work.
On the other side, I think it is helpful for the students as the future marketers, bacuse creativity in any ways will be necessary part of our jobs.

ABOUT THE WEEK 21
This was, actually, the last "working week" of the Big Agency. Each group had a chance to discuss their project and assignment with the tutor for the last time.
Our team took adantage of this tutorial, as it was also the last time we were all meeting together as a group. Therefore we needed to focus on creating the video for the next week's presentation.
I trully enjoyed this session in terms of the work and the performance of each member. Unfortunately, this wasn't very common situation within the group. We have had problems with attendance and the contribution to the work, too. I think the group lacked of motivation to bring the best result to the client because our ideas and opinions were not really meeting his.
On the other hand, it was obvious that our group was missing the real leader and therefore there was nobody who could represent the mediator between us and the client.

ABOUT THE WEEK 20
Creativity is a very important factor that influences the quality of our work. We are required to produce a video for our client that will demostrate our reserach, work and the final idea on the project.
"Art in the classroom not only spurs creativity, it also inspires learning." (Mickey Hart)
The creative idea of each individual will help to develop the creativity of whole team. I think that this gives the groups the opportunity to connect the best ideas and so create something really outstanding. Also, as the quote says, people easily get inspired by the concepts of others and allows them to learn the objectives, opinions and viewes of each other.
However, this may also bring some issues to the team. As not everyone can be the team player, poeple may come to the conflict with the different ideas, therefore I think it is important to always stay focused on the work and aviod bringing in the personal differences and misunderstandings.
